One code per client
After we finish work, we send the client a one-time review code. Only code holders can review, so every review comes from someone we have worked with.
Published as written
Reviews go live straight away, critical ones included. We reply publicly where it helps, and remove a review only if it breaks the rules (abuse, personal data or spam).
