Khairul leads Thinker Solutions, guiding its strategic direction, service development, client relationships and commitment to quality. His background spans accounting, taxation, financial management, technology and business advisory, which gives him a practical, solutions-oriented view of business challenges.

He holds a BBA in Accounting and is pursuing the CA Professional Level and CMA. His experience includes working as a Consultant with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Bangladesh, and practical work in taxation: Bangladesh tax, VAT, corporate income tax, tax return preparation and UAE taxation.

Alongside finance and tax, he brings strong technology skills and a practical interest in digital tools, business systems, websites, data and process automation. He combines financial understanding with technology-enabled thinking to find efficiency, better workflows and better-informed decisions.

His vision is an integrated business services company that connects finance and accounting, tax and compliance, business operations, digital growth and technology. He coordinates team members and specialist support according to each client's requirements.
