How we protect your information

01

Confidential by default

We treat everything you share as confidential. Information is used only for the agreed work and is not shared with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.

02

Access limited to what the work needs

Where possible we work inside your own software through an invited user with a limited role, rather than taking copies. Access can be removed when the work ends. We ask you not to share passwords with us.

03

Non-disclosure agreements on request

We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins, and confidentiality terms can also be written into the service agreement.

04

Careful handling of documents

Please send documents through the channel we agree with you, such as an invited shared folder, and not through the website contact form. We keep documents organised by client and keep only what the work requires.

05

Removal at the end of an engagement

When an engagement ends we remove our access and, on request, return or delete the files we hold, apart from records we are required to keep.

06

Prompt communication if something goes wrong

If we learn that your information may have been exposed, we tell you promptly and work with you on next steps.

What we ask of you

Keep credentials out of messages

Do not send passwords, one-time codes or card security numbers through the contact form, email or chat. Use an invitation to your software instead.

Confirm payment details

If you ever receive changed payment instructions that appear to come from us, confirm them with us by phone before paying. This matches our Payment Policy.

Tell us who may approve what

Name the people who can authorise payments, filings or changes, so we only act on instructions from the right person.

These are the working practices we follow. Specific confidentiality and data-handling terms for your engagement are confirmed in writing. For how this website uses information, see our Privacy Policy.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins, and confidentiality terms can be included in the service agreement.

Can you guarantee that information can never be exposed?

No organisation can promise that. We reduce the risk by limiting access, working inside your own systems where possible and handling documents carefully.

How is information collected through this website handled?

Enquiries and newsletter sign-ups are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them.
